Learn more below.General Summary:Screen loan application materials to ensure suitability for underwriting and provide phone support to business banking officers and branch personnel. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate with sales staff and field personnel regarding applications and incomplete information. Aggregate exposure and deposit relationships for checklist purposes Ability to multi:task and change focus quicklyData entry of complex business loan applicationsPhone support to internal bank customers for commercial loans Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Grade 8: at least one year of experience in a loan application, documentation, and/or booking environment, either in preparation or review/audit of loan information/documentsGrade 10: at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a loan application, documentation, and/or booking environment, either in preparation or review/audit of loan information/documentsMust be detailed:oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.Able to work under pressure and have solid time management skills. Accurate keyboard skills and proficiency with PC. Knowledge of ALS/AFS booking systems a plus. Must have high integrity and respect for confidentiality
